Gordon came by to inspect my roof. He was very professional and polite. He informed me of how much longer I had with my current roof before it needed to be replaced as well as educated me on the benefits of getting a new roof and the value it would add to my resell amount. I just wanted to compliment his customer service skills and likability. I will highly consider using your service when getting a new roof.

While we didn't have work done by Blue Sky, I wanted to thank Garrick for his honesty on our roof repairs, and rather than charge a lot more than needed, offered suggestions to fix the minor work we needed instead. If I need a bigger project one day I will be calling Blue Sky

Edit #2. Got a second estimate from another roofer. It was half of the quote Blue Sky gave me. Best reasoning I can come up with that mich of a difference is that BS didn't want to do a small home repair and so over priced it so I wouldn't use them. My first edit from 1 to 5 Stars came largely from Ramon's insistence that I "fix"my review for them since they came out again and actually gave me an estimate. I did change it bc they came out immediately. Changing it again bc a) pressure from owner to change the rating was unprofessional and b) their estimate was 100% higher than the residential roofer I called. Edit:. Ramon came out again (the owner); he apologized for the miscommunication and went ahead and came out to do something they don't normally do. Gave us the estimate for the new flashing and did everything to try to make it right. Good responsiveness. We need the flashing on our chimney looked at/possibly replaced or repaired. The guy shows up, asks how old our roof is, then tells us they don't work on roofs over 10 years old. When I set the appt, nothing was said about the age of our roof. Wasted my time while I could have been getting a different roofing company, and sat home until noon only to be told "sorry." Not up front about that and I have a feeling it wasn't that they could do the flashing as much as trying to sell us a new roof. I could be wrong but that's the impression I got. Completely unprofessional.

Josh came out to inspect a leak we have on our ceiling we thought would be the roof. He looked at the leak and inspected the roof. He also went inside the attic for an up close visual. He determined that our roof looks really good and needs no repair or replacement and found that the leak was coming from condensation from the a/c unit in attic due to the pan not extending far enough. Josh was on time, professional, and polite. If we ever do need a roof in the future, I'll know who to call!

I had the hardest time getting a quote for a simple job from other companies. Ben came out quickly. Explained what didn’t need to be done saving me a ton of money and gave me a quote in minutes! I was scheduled for July but the crew were able to come within 2 weeks. They were quick and efficient. They made sure before they left that I visually inspected it and was satisfied. Thanks Ben you saved my husband a back breaking long drawn out job!!!!!

You can tell a lot about a company when there are problems. We ordered a hard to find roof color and as we all know today there are supply and delivery issues worldwide. Ben Pond went above and beyond to facilitate an acceptable alternative shingle and he made sure the re-roofing job in Safety Harbor was completed in time to meet our deadline. This is the measure of a good and reliable company and it's employees. The work was completed in only 2 days and looks great. Ben came by after the work was complete for a final inspection and to verify that we were satisfied with the job - Thanks Ben!

Even while my closing got delayed and moved back, Ramon worked with me the whole way to make sure, I had a new roof as soon as my closing went through. These guys are amazing! I am clueless about roofs, but I was able to trust Blue Sky Roofing with handling everything. They are respectful and know their trade. They made the entire process seamless from quote to finish. I made multiple attempts with other companies and they always fell short of either customer service or craftsmanship, and their costs were "through the roof." I will be relying on these guys for any service I need in the future with roofs and gutters. I would highly recommend anyone in the Tampa Bay area to reach out to this company, you will not be disappointed.
