I had a great experience working with Allen from Blue Sky Roofing. He was incredibly attentive and acted more like a project manager than a salesperson, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. While removing my roof, I had to get my ac installed through another company and he coordinated everything to ensure the timing and details all lined up which made a huge difference. In fact, when I was getting multiple AC quotes, Allen even took the time to talk with the AC companies and explain the roof setup. Installing an AC system under a flat roof can be tricky, but his help made it so much easier to coordinate everything. The roofing team itself was fantastic. They not only installed my new roof but also handled the polyiso insulation board, so there was no need to juggle a separate insulation company. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The crew was respectful of my property and kept everything clean. Communication was easy the entire time. Allen was organized, patient, and always available to answer questions, which made the whole process feel stress free. What really stood out was the value…they were by far the most affordable quote I received, yet the quality of work and materials was excellent. It’s rare to get a quality roof at such a great price. If you’re in the St. Petersburg/ Sarasota area and want a company that’s reliable and a team easy to work with, and truly invested in doing the job right, I highly recommend Allen and Blue Sky Roofing.

When my wife and I decided to have Blue Sky put our new roof on I called Allen. The exchange between the paperwork and payment was very efficient. I would highly recommend this company, especially Robert, for his professionalism and knowledge. He was always very kind and answered all my calls. If anyone ever needs to repair or replace their roof, I would contact Robert without hesitation and use this company.

We are having issues with a complicated roof leak after multiple attempts (from another roofing company) to fix it so I called BlueSky Roofing to do an inspection and get a 2nd opinion. Allen came out, and after assessing the situation, pointed us in a direction that he would go in. A cost saving suggestion that we could try first, with no monetary gain for BlueSky. I appreciate his honesty and suggestions. Should I need a roof repair/replacement in the future, I know who to call.

We had Allen out to look at some leaking skylights that were installed with a new roof 7/8 years ago by another company. Allen provided a very thorough video explanation of the issues and needed repair. He also took numerous photos of the roof so we could see what we were dealing with. Allen at Blue Sky came out for an estimate on repair and gave us the news that we actually had too much hurricane damage as well as wear and tear and needed to replace (sadly for us, 3 other roofing companies concurred). He was thorough with his photos and explanation. He was awesome with communication and on time for the estimate. Blue Sky was one of four estimates. Best price and customer service. We did end up going with our current roofing company because of discounts given and even then seriously considered Blue Sky - hoping we don't regret the decision! Definitely recommend giving Allen a call at Blue Sky!

We choose Blue Sky Roofing also because they are member of BBB.org Better Business Bureau and have excellent reviews. We wait the time what we were told before everything starts. They always sent Us all the information that we needed before, about what will be the next step. Every single worker who came were very polite and they were acknowledged. Every petition or doubt we had was responsible responded and well resolved. Also they were quick and we didn't need to leave the house during the replacement. The noise wasn't bad at all. After they finish it we had a huge storm, Of course no leaks, nothing! The job was done with a lot of precision about details. I am on a fixed income so I had many roofers come out and this company was outstanding. They were the ones I was going with until I found another company that was in my budget. My experience with Garrick at Blue Sky was great. I needed help identifying where a leak in a roof was coming from. Garrick was very responsive to my call and came out to do a visual inspection of the roof and test where moisture might be coming through. We were unable to immediately identify the cause of the leak, but he came back out a second time to do more testing and he found the problem area. He advised me on a few different options for repairs. We moved forward with a very cost effective option, it was fixed within 48 hours and there has not been a leak in the roof since. He even came out a third time to test that the repairs had fully fixed the leak, which was great. I really appreciated Garrick's clear and responsive communication via phone and text throughout this experience. He was very accommodating of my schedule and the schedules of the tenants of the property and was always on time, not to mention his positive and friendly attitude. Garrick also went above and beyond by referring me to a team that could help me with ceiling drywall repair, and they did amazing work as well. Thank you so much to Garrick and the Blue Sky Team!

Thank you Blue Sky! Allen is a friendly salesman who is not pushy and provides outstanding service. Initially, he made a video review of the roof and then took time to explain important details as it relates to the condition of my existing roof. Allen was especially helpful in noting a discrepancy, per the roofing assessment sent to me by my homeowners insurance, where it noted the wrong replacement shingles. This ended up increasing my net claim amount significantly, while keeping my insurance company accountable in the process. Upon installation, the crew was attentive to detail and went above and beyond to secure my outdated gutters with new screws.

I Had the pleasure of Calling Blue Sky and met Garrick H a couple months ago. I recently had a tree I had taken down and a few weeks later found I had a leak. Garrick came out to house, did a couple measurements and found a small puncture in the roof that was really hard to see. He said I have just what you need, put some sealant on it, and said your roof looks great call us in a few years to evaluate you again. Thank you Garrick, you have a new customer for the future.

Of all the things we have had to deal with thanks to Hurricane Helene getting my roof done was the easiest and smoothest process of them all! The assessment Patrick performed was amazing with very detailed pictures and videos and he explained everything so very clearly. He stayed on top of my permit and checked in with me often until it finally got approved. John my project manager was also excellent. Also staying on top of the job from scheduling to inspection and checked in during the work. The crew that arrived were courteous and hard working. Very diligent insuring everything was done correctly and cleaned up. There was not a single trace left that you would have known my roof was replaced. I cannot express just how grateful I am for the professionalism and meticulousness of this company. Highly recommend them!!

I am so grateful for the expediency and urgency on the part of not only Blue Sky Roofing, but with Allen, who swiftly came to our rescue after Hurricane Milton tore off 40% of our roof. With significant damage from the other two hurricanes within the previous 2 months, it was almost more than I could handle. Allen was there for me, got the tarp on immediately to protect my home from further damage, and then the roof was replaced within a few weeks. Allen and his crew kept in constant communication regarding time frames, permits, and his schedule. Such a devastating thing to go through, but Blue Sky, and specifically Allen made this 100% hassle free for me. With hurricane Milton coming through, as may others in our area we ended up with roof problems. This was my second house re-roof in my life. I didn't enjoy the first one and was coming somewhat apprehensively to this one as well (and just to spare the suspense, my apprehension was completely uncalled for ;) ) I came across Blue Sky roofing through Google search - when I initially called, I was thinking of patch fixing and not many companies were willing to work on patching, most of them wanted to do an entire re-roof, so most didn't even want to come out. Blue Sky Roofing stepped up to the plate and Alan ended up being my sales person/project manager. He came out to do the estimate and was very detailed explaining all the problems we had with the roof - and at that point it became obvious that the re-roof would be in order. Besides the obvious hurricane damage, we had lifting shingles and improperly draining flat roof. He sent us pictures and videos explaining the problems we have and offering the possible solutions (for example for the flat roof he offered to install a special package that would create a slight slope in the flat roof to ensure that the water rolls off instead of sitting on top. I didn't even know that such a thing existed). The quote we received was timely and competitively priced. Any question I had, Alan was very prompt in replying and explaining. I was pleasantly surprised that our job got scheduled fairly quickly (I think we got put on the schedule within 2 month of signing the contract) and that the initial timeline was kept and the whole project took probably less than a month to start, finish and pass all the inspections. The actual roof was replaced in literally a couple of days - kudos to the Blue Sky Roofing team. The whole team worked with me in an exceptional way. Because the property had septic on the front, there was limited space to store the delivered products and the trucks could not be brought into the yard, so Alan made sure that none of the heavy stuff trampled on the septic and I also was very much pleasantly surprised as to how well the yard was picked up after the job was done (in my previous re-roof experience, we kept finding nails, cigarette butts and various junk for a while after the roofers left). I would say this crew was immaculate :) . We did run into one snag - the shingles we initially picked were out of stock, so Alan immediately reached out to let us know and we pivoted to choose a slightly different color and truly I think it looks even better. Alan also provided variety of pictures to show us how the colors we were leaning towards would end up looking on a real roof (he was able to pull up de-identified photos of past jobs to give us an idea of the finished product look in our Florida setting). The whole process ended up being a breeze, we got lots of documentation supporting any additional things that had to be fixed, which made things very transparent and ensured that we had no questions along the way. So, if you are looking for a reliable, competent, transparent and professional roofers that will not cost you an arm and a leg, look no further. Blue Sky Roofing delivers exactly what they promise - excellent roof at a fair price, installed with care and attention to details.
