Called a salesperson out and helped my Grandma get a quote from this company. Salesperson was cool, roof is fine but the sub contractors left an absolute mess inside of the home. All through the home was tar and gravel from the workers. My family had to clean a mess inside the home left by the workers. Keeping in mind this is a multi- million dollar home on the St Armands circle in Lido Key. Pretty okay experience until I saw the mess left through the home, knowing they had a project manager on site. I get some stuff outside but tar on the floors and just being left for us to find later when visiting was pretty disrespectful.

Title: Safety Concerns Post Roof Replacement We recently had our roof replaced by William Enneking and his team. The roof itself is excellent and professionally done, but the process after the completion of construction work has been less than satisfactory. The team did not thoroughly clean up the workspace and unfortunate incidents have since ensued. Our renters, including a little girl and her mother, have painfully discovered nails in the yard that were left behind. This disregard for the safety of the occupants, particularly a young child, is distressing and unacceptable. While we appreciate the quality of the roof work, we cannot overlook the lack of attention for safety during the cleanup phase. We urge potential customers to ensure clear agreements about site cleanup after construction. Our experience could have easily been a five-star one if it had not been marred by this oversight.

Edit #2. Got a second estimate from another roofer. It was half of the quote Blue Sky gave me. Best reasoning I can come up with that mich of a difference is that BS didn't want to do a small home repair and so over priced it so I wouldn't use them. My first edit from 1 to 5 Stars came largely from Ramon's insistence that I "fix"my review for them since they came out again and actually gave me an estimate. I did change it bc they came out immediately. Changing it again bc a) pressure from owner to change the rating was unprofessional and b) their estimate was 100% higher than the residential roofer I called. Edit:. Ramon came out again (the owner); he apologized for the miscommunication and went ahead and came out to do something they don't normally do. Gave us the estimate for the new flashing and did everything to try to make it right. Good responsiveness. We need the flashing on our chimney looked at/possibly replaced or repaired. The guy shows up, asks how old our roof is, then tells us they don't work on roofs over 10 years old. When I set the appt, nothing was said about the age of our roof. Wasted my time while I could have been getting a different roofing company, and sat home until noon only to be told "sorry." Not up front about that and I have a feeling it wasn't that they could do the flashing as much as trying to sell us a new roof. I could be wrong but that's the impression I got. Completely unprofessional.
