Price was more than fair, however, upon completion of the work, they discounted due to repair being less than anticipated. Very honorable and built much respect with me. Great experience from start to finish. Worked with my time frame and always kept me up to date through the whole process. Even while my closing got delayed and moved back, Ramon worked with me the whole way to make sure, I had a new roof as soon as my closing went through.
