Of all the things we have had to deal with thanks to Hurricane Helene getting my roof done was the easiest and smoothest process of them all! The assessment Patrick performed was amazing with very detailed pictures and videos and he explained everything so very clearly. He stayed on top of my permit and checked in with me often until it finally got approved. John my project manager was also excellent. Also staying on top of the job from scheduling to inspection and checked in during the work. The crew that arrived were courteous and hard working. Very diligent insuring everything was done correctly and cleaned up. There was not a single trace left that you would have known my roof was replaced. I am so grateful for the expediency and urgency on the part of not only Blue Sky Roofing, but with Allen, who swiftly came to our rescue after Hurricane Milton tore off 40% of our roof. With significant damage from the other two hurricanes within the previous 2 months, it was almost more than I could handle. Allen was there for me, got the tarp on immediately to protect my home from further damage, and then the roof was replaced within a few weeks. Allen and his crew kept in constant communication regarding time frames, permits, and his schedule. I would highly recommend Bluesky Roofing to anyone who is in need of new roof. Had them replaced my roof after hurricane Ian. They were the first one on site to access the damages and gave me estimate. Their price is very reasonable. Communicated very well throughout the whole process. Fast forwarded 2 yrs later. With hurricane Milton. We had some ridge shingles missing. One of the neighbors who also had Bluesky Roofing called them for theirs. They decided to check on all the house in my neighborhood, that they have recently done without even being contacted by anyone. They found the damages and put in work order and yesterday they came and replaced the missing shingles under warranty. Very pleased with their company. Absolutely great experience with Allen and this company. After the tropical storm, I ended up with leaking in a house I just bought. Allen came out. Listened to my concerns when it came to budget and time and found a solution to do an easy enough repair to buy me time until ny finances aligned with bigger fixes. He has checked up several times to see how the repair has held up too. I had over 5 quotes from other companies, and all left me worried with worst case scenarios except when it came from Blue Sky roofing. He did alert me to the absolute need to replace my roof in the near future but didn't pressure me and found a solution that, like I said, buys me time until I can comfortably afford a new roof. He advised me the next steps if the repair didn't work but after he left I was no longer in panic mode and i appreciate how genuinely he seemed to care about gaining trust and taking care of the people that he works for and with. That's a lost art these days, especially when it comes to roofing contractors. I look forward to being able to hire this company in the future.

In the process of moving my elderly father back to Michigan, hurricane Debby dropped an unprecedented amount of rain in Sarasota. The exact day my father’s home went on the market, water started leaking and a large hole developed in the ceiling. In a panic, I called the first number my realtor suggested and left two messages (they still have never called back). I called the second number she suggested, Blue Sky, and was immediately greeted by a wonderful customer service agent. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days, even during a major storm! Best experience I have ever had with a roofing company!! Called them after googling and spending months trying to get other roofers to come out and repair the small damage I had from the hurricane. Recently we had a hurricane come through our area, during which we had some water come into our lanai from the roof. By the afternoon the storm had passed, so wanted to call a roofer asap. The day of the storm they answered and scheduled someone for the next day. Will arrived and surveyed the entire roof area, taking pictures of the whole area. After his inspection, he believes the wind pushed some water down a vent on the roof. Now he could have been misleading and he could have scheduled some unnecessary work, but he didn’t. He said if I noticed any more water, to give him a call and he will try to get over right away. A couple weeks later he followed up with me. Blue Sky Roofing and Will are the type of company you hope to find. As far as my experience I appreciate their honesty and great professional customer service, if I need a roofer in the future (and I probably will) I will not hesitate on giving them a call.

I live in Englewood and after Hurricane Ian my roof didn’t make it. I saw Robert walking our neighborhood and ask if he would give me an estimate. He informed me all estimates were free and he would get straight to it. Robert was very easy to communicate with and very professional. He answered all my questions from start to finish. We sat and went over the process of shingle color, getting and NOC signed and deposit collected to start the process. It was a simple task and again felt very comfortable with all the information. My material showed up within 3 weeks and by the 4th week I had a new roof. Robert called me and informed me on my delivery date for material, when the dumpster would come and then my start date for the roof. The communication was absolutely above many other companies that couldn’t even return a phone call. I would highly recommend Blue Sky Roofing and Robert as a project Manager.
