Would be wary… our neighbors replaced their roof (two-story home) just 11 months ago, and already have shingles missing after Milton. 🫤

I met Chris Chapman this afternoon and we are very please with his visit. The visit was to assess our active roof leakage. Provide a temporary band aid gave us a chance to discuss our roof issues with our current insurance prior to getting permanently repaired.
