I had a great experience working with Allen from Blue Sky Roofing. He was incredibly attentive and acted more like a project manager than a salesperson, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. While removing my roof, I had to get my ac installed through another company and he coordinated everything to ensure the timing and details all lined up which made a huge difference. In fact, when I was getting multiple AC quotes, Allen even took the time to talk with the AC companies and explain the roof setup. Installing an AC system under a flat roof can be tricky, but his help made it so much easier to coordinate everything. The roofing team itself was fantastic. They not only installed my new roof but also handled the polyiso insulation board, so there was no need to juggle a separate insulation company. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The crew was respectful of my property and kept everything clean. Communication was easy the entire time. Allen was organized, patient, and always available to answer questions, which made the whole process feel stress free. What really stood out was the value…they were by far the most affordable quote I received, yet the quality of work and materials was excellent. It’s rare to get a quality roof at such a great price. If you’re in the St. Petersburg/ Sarasota area and want a company that’s reliable and a team easy to work with, and truly invested in doing the job right, I highly recommend Allen and Blue Sky Roofing.

Of all the things we have had to deal with thanks to Hurricane Helene getting my roof done was the easiest and smoothest process of them all! The assessment Patrick performed was amazing with very detailed pictures and videos and he explained everything so very clearly. He stayed on top of my permit and checked in with me often until it finally got approved. John my project manager was also excellent. Also staying on top of the job from scheduling to inspection and checked in during the work. The crew that arrived were courteous and hard working. Very diligent insuring everything was done correctly and cleaned up. There was not a single trace left that you would have known my roof was replaced. Requested a quote on a metal roof on a mobile home. Was in contact with the business numerous times via text and email. Drove an hour to be at the scheduled appointment for the estimate. Received a call at the scheduled time that they do not work on metal roofs or mobile homes. Don't waist your time. There are plenty of other roofers out there.

Tyler and Will did a great job on repairing my very steep metal roof. I needed some of the screws removed and replaced. This was not an easy job due to the fact that the roof is a 10/12 pitch another words almost a 45 degree angle. On time for quote and for the repairs. Highly recommend

Patrick (sales rep) kept in contact with me while awaiting funds from my insurance company but not in a pushy way. Once I received the insurance funds, Patrick made the process efficient and smooth with excellent communication and an accurate timeline of when things would happen. Justin the project manager also let me know exactly when things would be delivered and picked up and everything went exactly as planned. Best experience I have ever had with a roofing company!! Called them after googling and spending months trying to get other roofers to come out and repair the small damage I had from the hurricane. Everyone was unreliable, extremely pricey, and pushy, but not these guys!! Blue Sky squeezed me in on their busy schedule and were able to do my quote and repair same day!! You can tell a lot about a company when there are problems. We ordered a hard to find roof color and as we all know today there are supply and delivery issues worldwide. Ben Pond went above and beyond to facilitate an acceptable alternative shingle and he made sure the re-roofing job in Safety Harbor was completed in time to meet our deadline.
