We are having issues with a complicated roof leak after multiple attempts (from another roofing company) to fix it so I called BlueSky Roofing to do an inspection and get a 2nd opinion. Allen came out, and after assessing the situation, pointed us in a direction that he would go in. A cost saving suggestion that we could try first, with no monetary gain for BlueSky. I appreciate his honesty and suggestions. Should I need a roof repair/replacement in the future, I know who to call.

We had Allen out to look at some leaking skylights that were installed with a new roof 7/8 years ago by another company. Allen provided a very thorough video explanation of the issues and needed repair. He also took numerous photos of the roof so we could see what we were dealing with. In the end, the original installer worked a deal with us on the repairs. But, we would not hesitate to call Blue Sky for any other issues that arise. Thanks Allen!

Absolutely great experience with Allen and this company. After the tropical storm, I ended up with leaking in a house I just bought. Allen came out. Listened to my concerns when it came to budget and time and found a solution to do an easy enough repair to buy me time until ny finances aligned with bigger fixes. He has checked up several times to see how the repair has held up too. I had over 5 quotes from other companies, and all left me worried with worst case scenarios except when it came from Blue Sky roofing. He did alert me to the absolute need to replace my roof in the near future but didn't pressure me and found a solution that, like I said, buys me time until I can comfortably afford a new roof. He advised me the next steps if the repair didn't work but after he left I was no longer in panic mode and i appreciate how genuinely he seemed to care about gaining trust and taking care of the people that he works for and with. That's a lost art these days, especially when it comes to roofing contractors. I look forward to being able to hire this company in the future.

I have water leaking behind a window/wall. I suspected it could be coming from a juncture with the roof/flashing @ 1st/2nd story. Tyler came out and inspected the area. He was honest, professional and thought about several scenarios. It is not a straight-forward scenario. He felt the roof, flashing, shingles were all intact; he did not want to unnecessarily pull apart the roofing/stucco. He sealed an area and we are going to watch it. I am going to replace the window, suggested to re-route a gutter spout. Overall I felt like he was honest/has integrity and gives good advice. I don't need a roof repair and he could have easily told me I did. It's nice to have this kind of experience with home repair issues. Jeff Silverstein

We had a small leak from the storm. Our home is only 5 years old so we thought we would need some minor repairs. We got 2 previous estimates that were over 4,000. Robert from Blue sky came out and didn’t find any real damage to our roof. He was the only inspector to actually go up into our attic to see where the leak came from. He found that wind blew the water into our vents. He also confirmed there was no mold or significant damage up there. I was so appreciative that I wanted to tip him 100.00 but he declined saying the inspection was free. He also answered all of our questions and concerns. If you are looking for an honest company that won’t pull a wool over your eye go with Blue Sky Roofing.

Chris Chapman came out inspected the crawl space ( attic ) and determined that the issue was not a problem at this point and said he would come back out and do some repairs if the problem became a bigger issue but he didn’t think it needed anything at this point. Very professional and very honest
