I had a great experience working with Allen from Blue Sky Roofing. He was incredibly attentive and acted more like a project manager than a salesperson, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. While removing my roof, I had to get my ac installed through another company and he coordinated everything to ensure the timing and details all lined up which made a huge difference. In fact, when I was getting multiple AC quotes, Allen even took the time to talk with the AC companies and explain the roof setup. Installing an AC system under a flat roof can be tricky, but his help made it so much easier to coordinate everything. The roofing team itself was fantastic. They not only installed my new roof but also handled the polyiso insulation board, so there was no need to juggle a separate insulation company. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The crew was respectful of my property and kept everything clean. Communication was easy the entire time. Allen was organized, patient, and always available to answer questions, which made the whole process feel stress free. What really stood out was the value…they were by far the most affordable quote I received, yet the quality of work and materials was excellent. It’s rare to get a quality roof at such a great price. Allen at Blue Sky came out for an estimate on repair and gave us the news that we actually had too much hurricane damage as well as wear and tear and needed to replace (sadly for us, 3 other roofing companies concurred). He was thorough with his photos and explanation. He was awesome with communication and on time for the estimate. Blue Sky was one of four estimates. Best price and customer service. We did end up going with our current roofing company because of discounts given and even then seriously considered Blue Sky - hoping we don't regret the decision! Initially, he made a video review of the roof and then took time to explain important details as it relates to the condition of my existing roof. Allen was especially helpful in noting a discrepancy, per the roofing assessment sent to me by my homeowners insurance, where it noted the wrong replacement shingles. This ended up increasing my net claim amount significantly, while keeping my insurance company accountable in the process. Upon installation, the crew was attentive to detail and went above and beyond to secure my outdated gutters with new screws.

Absolutely great experience with Allen and this company. After the tropical storm, I ended up with leaking in a house I just bought. Allen came out. Listened to my concerns when it came to budget and time and found a solution to do an easy enough repair to buy me time until ny finances aligned with bigger fixes. He has checked up several times to see how the repair has held up too. I had over 5 quotes from other companies, and all left me worried with worst case scenarios except when it came from Blue Sky roofing. He did alert me to the absolute need to replace my roof in the near future but didn't pressure me and found a solution that, like I said, buys me time until I can comfortably afford a new roof. He advised me the next steps if the repair didn't work but after he left I was no longer in panic mode and i appreciate how genuinely he seemed to care about gaining trust and taking care of the people that he works for and with. That's a lost art these days, especially when it comes to roofing contractors. I look forward to being able to hire this company in the future.

Wow! So glad I ended up calling Blue Sky though I was a little intimidated with a 5 Star review since I was positive it would cost $$$ for that quality of work! While purchasing a new property that needed a ton of work, I reached out and unfortunately they couldn’t get to me for a quote on work as quickly as I needed. I hung up and tried to find another roofer when my phone rang and it was the owner of Blue Sky. He heard my dilemma and called back to see how he could be of assistance. He pulled one of his guys, Allen, out of a meeting the next day to send him out to my new property! Allen was awesome, he went over my 4-point inspection and noted everything that needed to be addressed and went to the property to take a look and provide a quote. While waiting to hear back from him on a quote for work to get past inspection and a quote for a new metal roof, I was advised that I only needed to fix 2-3 things to get it done and insured. Allen showed up and removed a pipe and patched the hole as well as patched a couple of areas where the roof cover was pulling up and didn’t charge me a penny. I was in shock. These guys went above and beyond to get this house purchase over the line by helping with my small repair needs. I can’t say enough great things! 5 stars indeed deserved!!

The hot water heater vent from my garage to the roof was leaking. I had received another estimate to fix this leak at an incredibly high price with a 4-6 week schedule. I called Blue Sky Roofing on Saturday, set up an appointment for Monday. Allen showed up, reviewed the problem, created a very reasonable estimate on site and once I approved the estimate, fixed the problem right away. He was friendly and explained what was happening and what he did for repair. He also did an entire roof check video which he then sent to me for my files. Ian destroyed much of our roof last September. We’d made several calls to local roofers for estimates of roof repair or reroofing and those estimates were ridiculous or wanted to work through our insurance company. Blue Sky gave us a virtual estimate, which sounded too good to be true when compared to other roofers. My contact, Charlie, could not have been more responsive, professional or thorough in his estimate. When I reached out to confirm the price given for a new roof, Charlie showed up the next day to confirm that estimate. We discussed/chose roof shingles and went with an Owen Cornings product. During the busiest months of hurricane repairs, Blue Sky put us on their schedule within 5 weeks of signing a contract. Once started, the crew worked efficiently and neatly. The area around the house was cleaned daily and after the job was done. We had a few small areas I wanted Blue Sky to look at and, once I reached out to Charlie, Allen (the production mgr) was here within two days to inspect. He fixed those areas to my satisfaction and now I’m 100% a satisfied customer. I’d recommend Blue Sky Roofing to anyone looking for a properly installed roof at a very fair price.
