We needed the sofits & facias replaced after the hurricane. After getting a few estimates and a company trying to scam us we called Blue Sky Roofing. I'm so happy that we did. Gordon came out to give us a estimate. He was friendly personable & knowledgeable. He put our minds at ease & kept us informed every step of the way. When the guys came to do the job. They were friendly & professional. We are so happy with the job it looks wonderful. If we need any more jobs done we will be calling Blue Sky Roofing again.

With hurricane Milton coming through, as may others in our area we ended up with roof problems. This was my second house re-roof in my life. I didn't enjoy the first one and was coming somewhat apprehensively to this one as well (and just to spare the suspense, my apprehension was completely uncalled for ;) ) I came across Blue Sky roofing through Google search - when I initially called, I was thinking of patch fixing and not many companies were willing to work on patching, most of them wanted to do an entire re-roof, so most didn't even want to come out. Blue Sky Roofing stepped up to the plate and Alan ended up being my sales person/project manager. He came out to do the estimate and was very detailed explaining all the problems we had with the roof - and at that point it became obvious that the re-roof would be in order. Besides the obvious hurricane damage, we had lifting shingles and improperly draining flat roof. He sent us pictures and videos explaining the problems we have and offering the possible solutions (for example for the flat roof he offered to install a special package that would create a slight slope in the flat roof to ensure that the water rolls off instead of sitting on top. I didn't even know that such a thing existed). The quote we received was timely and competitively priced. Any question I had, Alan was very prompt in replying and explaining. I was pleasantly surprised that our job got scheduled fairly quickly (I think we got put on the schedule within 2 month of signing the contract) and that the initial timeline was kept and the whole project took probably less than a month to start, finish and pass all the inspections. The actual roof was replaced in literally a couple of days - kudos to the Blue Sky Roofing team. The whole team worked with me in an exceptional way. Because the property had septic on the front, there was limited space to store the delivered products and the trucks could not be brought into the yard, so Alan made sure that none of the heavy stuff trampled on the septic and I also was very much pleasantly surprised as to how well the yard was picked up after the job was done (in my previous re-roof experience, we kept finding nails, cigarette butts and various junk for a while after the roofers left). I would say this crew was immaculate :) . We did run into one snag - the shingles we initially picked were out of stock, so Alan immediately reached out to let us know and we pivoted to choose a slightly different color and truly I think it looks even better. Alan also provided variety of pictures to show us how the colors we were leaning towards would end up looking on a real roof (he was able to pull up de-identified photos of past jobs to give us an idea of the finished product look in our Florida setting). The whole process ended up being a breeze, we got lots of documentation supporting any additional things that had to be fixed, which made things very transparent and ensured that we had no questions along the way. So, if you are looking for a reliable, competent, transparent and professional roofers that will not cost you an arm and a leg, look no further. Blue Sky Roofing delivers exactly what they promise - excellent roof at a fair price, installed with care and attention to details. Blue Sky Roofing did an awesome job with our roof. The salesman Ben took his time and explained in great detail how our roof would be replaced. From tear off to the installation of metal shingle roofing material. The crew that showed up did a great job with the tear off and cleanup and installing the new roof. The project manager was Allen and was on site often and communicated regularly with us about the progress. He also made sure inspections were done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Blue Sky for any roofing job. Our new roof looks amazing. Thank you Ben and Allen.

This company was the best out of three companies interviewed. Am very happy with the results. There was a problem with installing a third nail for insurance and they immediately addressed it and got it done!
